The process of manufacturing our cutting and welding machinery includes welding, double annealing, metalworking, whole machine assembly, electrical assembly, and a cutting test. Inspections are conducted by a group leader at each step of production. Then, the quality supervisor inspects the products again. Material and outsourcing parts purchasing are also inspected by our meticulous Quality Department according to the standardized specifications of our company. Only after the materials and parts pass these stringent inspections are they transferred to our warehouse. We also hold the work of our employees to a high standard. Our company leader, Production Department, and Quality Department perform skill checks on the staff twice a month. Professional instruction by experts from the Production Department is given to those operators who don't pass these checks. All of these quality control measures are performed so that only high quality products reach our valued customers.
